Check-in Hub is modernising tourist information with a new digital tourist information service in the form of a high-quality, comprehensive, easy-to-navigate app, launching in spring across 30+ hotels in the Coolangatta-to-Burleigh Heads precinct. The platform connects guests to all things tourism — for example, attractions, events, entertainment, and activities — as well as everything else they might need or want during their stay through high-visibility placement at check-in desks, in-room compendiums, and guest smart TVs.
Beyond tourism, the platform actively engages local residents by partnering with dining, retail, shopping, pubs, health, beauty, fitness, and service businesses that invite customers to download the app at the point of sale. By casting a wide net over visitors and engaging locals through participating businesses, Check-in Hub builds a powerful referral and loyalty ecosystem within the community — ultimately supporting local tourism from within the community as well as from afar.
