Terms and Conditions

1. What This Is

  1. These Terms cover your advertising listing or category sponsorship on Check-In Hub.
  2. By checking “I accept” on our website before registering/paying, or by paying an invoice referencing these Terms, you’re locked in.

2. Pricing & Payment

  1. Standard Ad: $400 + GST per 90-day block.
  2. Category Sponsorship: $500 + GST per 90-day block (or as negotiated).
  3. Payment: Pay upfront online or via EFT/PayID on invoice. Your ad goes live once the app is launched in Spring 2026.

3. Canceling Early

  1. Each block runs for 90 days.
  2. No Early Exit Refunds: If you pull your ad mid-way just because you changed your mind, there are no refunds or credits. Your ad stays up for the rest of that paid 90 days.

4. Honoring Your Offers

  1. You’re responsible for delivering the deal or reward you advertised.
  2. Stock/Capacity: Keep reasonable stock on hand (“subject to availability” is fine), but don’t arbitrarily refuse valid app redemptions.
  3. Not Our Fault: We’re just the tech connecting guests to you. We aren’t liable for what happens at your counter/venue, and you cover us if someone sues or complains about your offer fulfillment.

5. Shared Reputation & Three-Strike Quality Policy

  1. Shared Reputation: Check-In Hub sends guests your way via our trusted local accommodation partners. Bad customer service hurts their reputation and ours.
  2. The Standard: You agree to treat referred guests well and deliver the product or service you advertised.
  3. Three-Strike Rule: If we get verified, genuine negative feedback about customer treatment, substandard service, or poor product delivery:

Strike 1: We send you a written heads-up and ask what happened.

Strike 2: Second verified complaint within the same 90 days puts you on 14-day service probation.

Strike 3: Third verified complaint (or failing probation) means your listing gets pulled.

  4. Fair Exit on Quality Termination: If we pull your ad under this three-strike rule, we’ll refund you pro-rata for the unused days left in your 90-day block. (Unlike walking away voluntarily or breaking consumer law, where no refunds apply).

6. Serious Breaches, Compliance & Law

  1. Instant Pull (No Refund): We can pull your ad immediately with no refund if you commit fraud, run scams, or trash consumer trust / Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
  2. You’re Compliant: You warrant that you hold all required local/state permits and licenses (including RSA if serving alcohol).
  3. Law: Governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
