    By registering your business with Check-In Hub, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing our Launch (Beta) phase.

    1. MISSION, STRATEGY & SOCIAL IMPACT

    • Industry Partnership: Catalyzing the local tourism economy with QTIC knowledge.

    • Social Impact: Portions of resources support Charity Partners for Homelessness and Domestic Violence services.

    • Price Guarantee: 50% Founding Partner Discount guaranteed for 6 months.

    2. SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING (STRIPE)

    • Minimum Term: 3-month commitment required.

    • 48-Hour Opt-Out: Cancellation notice must be provided within 48 hours of receiving the 7-day renewal notification.

    • Refunds: All fees are non-refundable.

    3. THE "THREE-STRIKE" SERVICE RULE

    Verified feedback of unprofessional conduct results in a "Strike." A third strike results in immediate removal without a refund.

    4. CONTENT & COMPLIANCE

    You are the Primary Merchant and 100% responsible for the delivery and quality of your services and any hosted competitions.

    5. PRIVACY & PROPERTY

    Data will never be sold/leased. All App designs and code remain the property of Check-In Hub.

    6. LIABILITY LIMITS

    Liability is limited strictly to the fees paid during the current billing cycle.
